No provincial rebate — but federal EVAP may apply

Ontario has no provincial EV purchase incentive right now. The federal EVAP (Electric Vehicle Affordability Program) — successor to the closed iZEV — offers up to $5,000 via a final-transaction-value cap and runs Apr 1 2026 to Mar 31 2031 (funding permitting; purchases eligible from Feb 16 2026). Confirm Tesla’s eligibility under EVAP’s price cap.
