What changed on Cybertruck's US price list
In February 2026, Tesla launched its cheapest Cybertruck configuration at $59,990 (AWD) and cut the Cyberbeast from $114,990 to $99,990 — a $15,000 reduction on the top trim. Cybertruck's 2025 US sales fell 48% year over year, to 20,237 units from 38,965, the demand backdrop the price cuts sit against.
Alongside the price cuts, the Luxe Package — which had bundled FSD (Supervised) and free Supercharging into higher Cybertruck trims — was discontinued. By July 2026, high-$60,000s pricing had become the floor for remaining Foundation Series inventory, with some of those units carrying only 3 months of FSD and 3 months of Supercharging rather than a permanent FSD transfer or lifetime free charging.
Why the Luxe Package detail matters more than the price cut
Cybertruck is one of the three vehicles eligible for Tesla's Canadian referral program, alongside Model 3 and Model Y, so a Canadian buyer weighing a Cybertruck should separate two things that are easy to conflate: the referral's 3-month free FSD (Supervised) trial is a fixed benefit tied to using a code at order, unrelated to trim or package. The Luxe Package's free Supercharging and permanent FSD transfer were separate, trim-bundled perks — and they're gone. A Foundation Series Cybertruck advertised at a lower price today may simply carry less bundled software and charging than an equivalent unit did before the Luxe Package was pulled, independent of anything the referral code adds.
