Unlike our Cybertruck worked example, where we flagged Roulez vert eligibility as unconfirmed for that specific truck, this trim is the confirmed case: a 2026 Model 3 Premium RWD has qualified for Roulez vert’s full amount. That makes this order worth walking through as the “everything lines up” scenario, numbers included.

What the buyer gets at delivery

Model 3 is one of the three referral-eligible models, so the 3-month FSD (Supervised) trial activates automatically once the car is delivered — the identical delivery-day mechanic as anywhere else in Canada. Nothing about Québec changes this side of the code.

What the referrer gets — with Québec’s one exclusion

The friend who shared the code earns up to C$325 in Tesla Credits, or C$650 if this buyer also adds FSD (Supervised) outright. That reward is unaffected by province. What Québec does exclude is the separate C$20 credit for referring someone new to Tesla to an FSD demo drive — that specific credit isn’t available there, regardless of vehicle.

Roulez vert stacks on top — confirmed for this trim

Québec’s Roulez vert program pays up to $2,000 toward a new eligible EV in 2026, down from $4,000 in 2025, with the program scheduled to end December 31, 2026. We’ve confirmed a 2026 Model 3 Premium RWD qualified for the full $2,000 — unlike the Cybertruck case, there’s no trim-eligibility caveat to flag here. Confirm your own build still matches this trim before ordering, since Roulez vert eligibility is set per configuration, not per nameplate.

The federal EVAP layer — the one piece still worth checking

The federal EV Affordability Program adds up to $5,000 through a final-transaction-value cap of $50,000, for purchases eligible from February 16, 2026 onward, funding permitting. Whether a specific Model 3 Premium RWD build clears that cap depends on the exact configured price, including fees — we’ve already seen a $26 fee push a different, cheaper trim just over a similar cap on the Model Y side, so a fee-inclusive check matters here too, not just the base sticker price.

The honest shape of this stack

Three pieces of this order are confirmed regardless of anything else: the buyer’s 3-month FSD (Supervised) trial, the referrer’s up-to-C$325/C$650 in Tesla Credits, and the $2,000 Roulez vert amount for this specific trim. One piece — the federal EVAP’s up to $5,000 — depends on this build’s final transaction value clearing the $50,000 cap, which we’re flagging rather than assuming. That’s a materially more confirmed picture than our Cybertruck example, where Roulez vert eligibility itself was the open question rather than EVAP’s price cap.
